About the role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation & AI Expert in Toulouse/Barcelona to join our IT team, reporting to the IT Manager.
As Pangea grows, AI, automation and digital tools are key to working efficiently and at scale. You will work with teams across the company to simplify how they work, deliver practical automation and AI solutions, and make sure they are actually adopted.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritise high-value digital, automation and AI opportunities with business teams
Design, prototype and deploy automation and AI solutions (Power Platform, integrations, AI agents)
Train and support employees to adopt AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, through workshops and practical guides
Act as the main contact for departments on IT modernisation, process optimisation and new software solutions
Together with the IT Manager and in coordination with the Cybersecurity Expert, lead AI governance and responsible use
Measure the value delivered through clear KPIs and help shape Pangea's AI and digital roadmap
What you need to be successful
5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, automation or business applications
Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering) and workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps or equivalent)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, APIs and integrations; Power BI is a plus
Strong communication and facilitation skills: you enjoy training users and working with every department
A pragmatic, autonomous and results-oriented approach
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Languages
English (professional); French and/or Spanish strongly preferred
